I guess it is time to end my voyeuristic days especially since you are talking about two of my favorite things, cereal and Kashi. I could eat ceral for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Have you tried the Kashi frozen dinners? They are a little pricey but do go on sale. Not sure how healthy it is...I can't abide the no-sugar kind of yogurt. Haven't tried the Kashi. I only get the GO Lean stuff when they have it at Costco. It's SOOO much cheaper there.
