WOW, that really is great!!!

You know, even though you are a sassy size 6 now, you could blog about your running escapades. Just a thought...
Your running has inspired so many. Now I personally don't run, nor do I ever plan too (too dangerous for me, I fall just walking barefoot), but I love hearing about you running after the crazy toddler and in the snow etc.

So just in case you are reconsidering your decision to stop blogging, or having SS withdrawals (like so many of us). Running posts are great :) (like my subtlety?)swizzlepophttp://swizzlepop.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4273626551966856778.post-53158697124845238022008-04-08T08:53:00.000-07:002008-04-08T08:53:00.000-07:00You are all so awesome. Awesome!

I've heard lots of people say the best time to run is when you just don't feel great---it'll get those endorphins going and make you feel better. The half is going to be NOTHING for you if you are already up to 8 miles! Some people only run 10 miles once before their half-marathon and you are almost there.

"Begetable" is one of my favorite words. :-)RunnerMomhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10256586100139898901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4273626551966856778.post-75192817240643409482008-04-08T06:34:00.000-07:002008-04-08T06:34:00.000-07:008 MILES!!!! My body really does get trained to get used to more nutritious food. But if I pick here and there through the week, it end up being just a day to eat poorly...it makes it harder for me to get back on the wagon...so yes- I'm a big fan of the free day. it's also really convenient for family gatherings and such...I never feel guilty or "bad" for eating with everyone else. I find the planned splurge works a lot better than the occasional one because it's much easier for me to keep track of.katieohttp://www.blogger.com/profile/08339475353059389950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4273626551966856778.post-80131610690760844242008-04-07T17:37:00.000-07:002008-04-07T17:37:00.000-07:00Good job on the run! I think the idea of the Free day is more appealing than the reality.

Awesome that you could run 8 miles after that food fest!
