Katie: Thank you Mr. Scale. I like you today.
I am officially at my pre-pregnancy weight. WOO-HOO! And while I am thrilled to be here I am facing some a bit of a challenge. I'm pretty comfy here. I workout every day, fit into most of my clothes, and eat pretty well. And, I feel good about myself; my body-image-o-meter is doing very well. And then there are the very kind, sincere people who say, "Oh, you don't need to lose any more weight! You look great!" or "You've come a long way, you should just be happy where you're at!" (10 lbs since blog, 35 overall) Well, that's the thing: I AM happy where I'm at. And I swear, not obsessed. But that doesn't mean I don't want to reach my original goal. I'm just going into unfamiliar territory here and reminding myself I really can get to that 6.
Molly: Not a gain! :)

congrats to both you!! set your own personal goals and don't listen to those people who try to convince you that you are "skinny already"
i have one friend, everytime i see her she asks me "how much more weight have you lost?" almost in a negative way. i play stupid and say "i haven't" or "maybe a pound?"...i think it's probably just hidden jealousy. for some reason people don't want other people to succeed. that's why people are so obsessed with oprah and weight loss/gain. anyway...congrats! and good luck on the size 6s! i know you can both do it :) your site is such a motivation to everyone!
Woohoo!! You guys are rockin' it, congrats!
Congratulations to BOTH of you!
I LOVE your site! It is soooo motivating!
anonymous, Thanks! Hope to see you again soon.
blogger buddies Anne and Kelly: yee-haw! Thanks!
oh, and Kelly, I wanted to say, I totally agree with the jealousy thing. However, I like to think I also have friends who really are just trying to be nice and make me feel good about my progress. However, I tend to second guess myself either way.
Knowing how you feel about your scale, I had to laugh: "oh, I don't know, maybe a pound."
Thanks Kelly & anne for the shout out to us. Considering the 7 oreos I binged on the night before, I'm just happy it was on the way down-not up.
Thanks anonymous for taking the time to comment. We love our site too. It helps us keep in line. When I was eating those stupid oreos what kept going through my ming, "dang it - this will make a great blog" (for binge eating)so I ate another one.
So so so sooooo cool! Keep up the great work.
:)
I'll add my congrats!
It's great to see you both succeeding with your goals.
(Nothing the least bit witty to say this morning, sorry, need my caffeine!)
