Happy weigh in day to me. The scale showed a .7 loss this morning but I'm not trusting it. The youngling has dropped another feeding (5 am! woo-hoo!!) and I'm feeling slightly dehydrated. I think I'll do the "daily weigh" this week just to see where I am. If it's really a loss it'll show up next week too right?
I'm trying to learn from my weekend and not make the same mistakes this go around. We're going out to dinner on Saturday and have a big family get-together on Sunday. I need to go into my weekends with hyper-awareness or else it's just to easy for me to mindlessly overeat. Oh yeah, it also didn't help last week that I waited so long to post my goals. Sometimes in my mind I think no goals=no accountibilty. SO for this week, in addition to my normal routine of spinning and lifting I intend to:
1) Go to bed early at least 5 nights out of the week
2) Do pilates next Firday morning. (I did do them this morning- yay for me, ouch for my core!)
3) Show at least a 1 pound loss by next weigh in.

FYI: Molly is out of town but will be attending a WW meeting tomorrow. (out of state! go Molly!) She'll post her progress after that.

i need to put myself to bed earlier. sometimes i think i'm back in college and have the urge to stay up until 2am watching tv land reruns or iron chef america.
